Where the Journey Began
Our story traces its roots back to 1918, a landmark year when the country’s first Greek-letter organization, Upsilon Sigma Phi, was established. For decades, this heritage served as a training ground for the nation's leaders. However, as the years passed, the community felt a growing need for a shared identity—a day where every brother and sister could stand under one banner of peace.
A Digital Spark, A Grassroots Fire
Fast forward to November 2024. What started as a simple digital advocacy by Bos TV (@bostv123) quickly ignited a passion that no one expected. It wasn't just a trend; it was a call to action that resonated with hundreds of thousands of members across the Philippine archipelago.
By November 19, 2025, this collective dream became a historic reality. National Fraternity Day PH was born—not by decree, but by the overwhelming consensus of the people.
Symbols Written in Colors and Icons
Every story needs a symbol, and ours is etched in the Official Logo. Each element carries a deep meaning:
- The Torch (SulĂ´): The light of hope.
- The Book: Foundations built on knowledge.
- The Temple: Unbreakable integrity.
- The Clasped Hands: Symbols of the trust we’ve rebuilt.
- The Laurel Leaves: Our collective service to the Filipino people.
Our Colors:
- Blue: Our solemn vow of Integrity and Peace.
- Gold: The Excellence we strive for in every action.
- Black: Permanence—a legacy of unity that is now indestructible.
A New Chapter of Service
Today, November 19 is more than just a date; it is a Day of Action. From bloodletting drives to feeding programs and environmental initiatives, the narrative has shifted from conflict to community building.
The Ultimate Vow
Perhaps the most vital part of this story is our firm stand on Republic Act 11053 (The Anti-Hazing Act of 2018). We have collectively decided that true brotherhood is forged through moral strength and intellectual growth, never through violence. Our mission is now defined by a single, powerful standard: "Service through Peace."
Together, we are not just members of different organizations; we are partners in building a stronger, more peaceful Philippines.
Note: This is community recognized and not a public holiday.
