Philippine Fraternity Community Marks November 19 as National Fraternity Day: A Historic Movement for Peace and Unity

MANILA, Philippines — April 21, 2026 — The Philippine fraternity community officially announces the annual observance of National Fraternity Day PH tuwing November 19, isang landmark movement na nakatuon sa temang: "Fraternity in Peace, Unity in Purpose."

Ang community-led observance na ito, na opisyal na nagsimula noong November 19, 2025, ay nagsisilbing formal pledge ng mga Greek-letter organizations (GLOs) upang iwanan ang kasaysayan ng rivalries tungo sa mapayapang partnership at national service.

A Century of Leadership and Heritage

Ang kilusang ito ay nakaugat sa kasaysayan ng Philippine Greek system simula noong 1918. Sa pagkilala sa petsang ito, pinararangalan ng komunidad ang centennial heritage na humubog sa mga lider ng bansa sa loob ng mahigit 100 taon.

From Advocacy to Nationwide Reality

Ang panawagan para sa pagkakaisa ay nagsimula sa digital advocacy ng Bos TV noong 2024. Nagbunga ito noong November 19, 2025, nang yakapin ng daan-daang libong miyembro sa buong bansa ang vision ng kapayapaan at pagkakaisa.

Commitment to the Law

Ang advocacy ay nananatiling tapat sa espiritu ng Republic Act No. 11053 (Anti-Hazing Act of 2018). Binibigyang-diin ng movement na ang tunay na brotherhood ay nakabatay sa moral at professional growth ng bawat miyembro.
